JD:

Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and accessibility standards.

Experience working with a user researcher and conducting user research and usability testing.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple design projects at different stages.

Ability to work independently as a contractor and meet deadlines efficiently.

Strong UI copywriting skills.

Strong prototyping skills.

Expertise in producing and managing Sketch libraries. Education

Associates degree in a design or technology field, or equivalent experience.

Additional Details

At least some experience working on a product or interface that was used by a technical person specifically for a task that is part of or closely related to development is heavily preferred.

Prior experience with secrets management or other data privacy services is a big plus.

The candidates will be welcome but not required to digitally whiteboard during the interview. They can use whatever whiteboarding tool they prefer as long as they just share it with us via sharing their screen
