  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Title: Deviation Investigation/Initiator Level III

Location: Houston, TX 77047

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Pay Rate: $45-50/hr on W2

This is an on-site position, candidates should not expect a remote job and must be local with a reasonable commute. Possibility to work remotely 1-2 days a week in the future but should be local with a reasonable commute to be onsite 5 days without issue. Investigation/Deviation experience will be a must but needs to be combined with any Biotech experience in either MFG/QC
*Experience with RCA tools is a big plus
*Trackwise experience a plus
*CAPA identification and development a plus The Deviation investigator Level is responsible for the initiation, investigation of any Minor, Major, or Critical process deviations aimed at identification of root cause, determining Product Quality impact (PQI) and implementation of correct actions to prevent recurrence. Additional duties include lead representative during audits, project meetings with clients, and daily management meetings when applicable
