Job Title :- Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the development team adheres to Scrum principles, practices, and the Agile mindset.
• Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices, helping them become self-organizing and cross-functional.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage product backlogs, clarify goals, and prioritize work based on business value.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth progress of the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment, inspect, and adapt processes.
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure teams remain on track, delivering high-quality increments by the end of each sprint.
• Drive communication and transparency between teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on goals.
• Track and report key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time) to provide insights on team performance.
• Support the implementation of scaling Agile frameworks, such as SAFe, when applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

<>Required</>

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and the Agile Manifesto.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Proven ability to work with distributed teams and manage remote collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate team dynamics.

<>Preferred</>

• Experience in working within Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) or similar Agile scaling models.
• Experience in software development or IT-related projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of other Agile techniques (e.g., XP, FDD, TDD).
• Additional Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)).
