Enterprise Strategy Data Analyst Sr.

Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, strategic planning, and business intelligence. You will play a critical role in shaping our enterprise strategy by leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making and optimize performance across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement data models, forecasting tools, and analytical frameworks to support enterprise strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data insights.
• Create and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improving business performance and achieving strategic objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and analyses.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analytical capabilities and methodologies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related tole with a focus on enterprise strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services industry or management consulting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
