Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data models to support Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including the implementation and optimization of Adobe s XDM data model.
  • Develop ETL processes to bring data into AEP and transform data from AEP to downstream systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of data engineering best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee and optimize data engineering workflows within DataBricks, enhancing data processing and storage capabilities.
  • Develop and implement data integration solutions across multiple data sources, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
  • Serve as a Lead Service Manager, driving DevOps excellence across the data engineering portfolio.
  • Manage and execute ITIL processes, including Change, Incident, and Problem Management using ServiceNow.
  • Proactively define and implement an operational excellence agenda, focusing on continuous improvement in data engineering practices and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with a focus on data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe s XDM data model is essential.
  • Proven experience in data engineering using DataBricks.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and experience in managing ITIL processes using ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare or digital health data management.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data storage and processing technologies.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices.
