Summary of Position:
UKG is looking for a Senior Sourcing Analyst who will serve as a trusted partner to internal customers within the G&A and EPIC (Engineering, Product, Innovation, Cloud) organizations. and Procurement. This role will be responsible for supporting stakeholders as they navigate the vendor evaluation, renewal, selection, and onboarding process. This position works under minimal supervision on complex assignments that require independent discretion and judgement. This role is project-based and will support multi-faceted projects that involve gathering market research, developing/executing sourcing strategies, reviewing contracts, supplier negotiation, and evaluating software licensing models, with the ultimate goal of helping the business implement services that best fit their needs. The Senior Sourcing Analyst is an individual contributor.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Internal Customers to facilitate Request for Proposals, Request for Quotes and Invitations to Bid.
Manage a portfolio of software license renewals
Understand and be able to execute delegated steps of the sourcing work process in accordance with organizational processes.
Collaborate with Legal and Security teams to ensure that appropriate due diligence is exercised while onboarding new suppliers
Ensure that fully executed supplier contracts are collected and maintained into the contract management system in a timely manner
Prepares, reviews, and presents reports as requested including category spend analysis, bid comparisons, and historic spend reporting
Maintain all documentation on all procedures.
Supports the Sourcing Managers by providing contract support and expertise.
Researches and makes recommendations to internal customers based on in-depth analysis of market.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of Procurement experience or similar experience with an OEM/vendor in the IT field.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
The ability to work with stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions.
Good organizational and presentation skills.
Competency in contract review and knowledge of basic vendor contract terms
Experience creating reports in PowerBI, Excel or other reporting tools a plus.
Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience a plus.
