Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for new logo sales development of IT quality assurance solutions for organizations.
Develop deeper understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to create customized sales strategy and marketing plans.
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT quality assurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. Conducted market research to identify potential clients and competitive positioning within the assigned sectors. Maintained accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to accurate forecasting.
Qualifications:
10+ Years of Enterprise Sales experience within IT Services or products (Quality Engineering exp, Business Process Outsourcing exp - all a plus)Strong understanding of IT quality assurance concepts and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a results-driven approach.
