Service Now Flow Designer - Remote
Design, develop, and optimize workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer to automate telecom processes, enhance efficiency, and integrate with various IT and network systems.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ServiceNow, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and telecom industry-related workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
o 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
o Prior experience in the telecom industry is highly preferred, with knowledge of common telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, CRM, and network monitoring.
o Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integrations in a telecom environment.
- Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer with experience in designing, building, and troubleshooting workflows.
o Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalog Item Configuration, and ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript).
o Knowledge of ITIL and telecom-related processes such as provisioning, network management, and incident management.
o Experience with automation in telecom service management, including ticketing, billing, and provisioning workflows.
- Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow issues.
o Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced telecom environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Prior experience in telecom network operations or IT operations.
- Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems and understanding of network operations centers (NOC) workflows.
