Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to drive innovation in the MedTech, Healthcare, and Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and cloud computing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable AI solutions, optimizing language models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business operations through AI/ML-driven insights.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate or Doctorate degree in Information Technology, Neuroscience, Business Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Specialization in Natural Language Processing (NLP) is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in Data Science, AI, and ML solution development, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs in the MedTech/Healthcare/Life Sciences domain.
• Experience in identifying business optimization opportunities through AI/ML, use case prioritization, and analytics-driven insights.

Technical Expertise:

• Large Language Models (LLMs): Proven experience in designing, fine-tuning, and optimizing LLMs.
• AI/ML Development: Expertise in Python, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and generative models.
• Advanced AI Skills: Proficiency with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Cloud Computing: Expertise in Azure Cloud Services and experience deploying AI/ML solutions on the cloud.
• System Proficiency: Strong familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and command-line tools.
• Application Development: Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Science & AI/ML Development:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and ML solutions with a specific focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Identify new opportunities for optimizing business operations through analytics, AI/ML, and prioritize use cases in the MedTech/Healthcare domain.

Large Language Model Expertise:

• Build, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) to address specific business needs.
• Design and implement NLP systems, frameworks, and tools to enhance language model performance.

Application Development & Deployment:

• Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML applications using LLMs with frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Productionize machine learning models, ensuring seamless integration of LLM capabilities into business applications

Cloud Computing and Architecture:

• Architect AI/ML solutions leveraging Azure Cloud Services, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
• Deploy AI/ML models as a service using Cloud or Kubernetes environments, ensuring smooth API interactions.

Data Preprocessing and Analysis:

• Lead efforts in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to support training and fine-tuning of LLMs and AI models.

Testing and Validation:

• Perform rigorous testing of developed AI components to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness in production environments.

Collaboration and Thought Leadership:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to ensure alignment on AI/ML initiatives.
• Act as a thought leader, combining analytical business acumen with domain expertise to drive AI innovation.
