MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with an exceptional Fintech Leader in search for their next Principal Data Analyst (Payment Sector)

We are looking for a talented Expert Level Data Analyst to help build and lead a team, driving growth and strategic change. You will consult with stakeholders, transform data into actionable insights, and work closely with Data Engineering teams to optimize processes.




What You'll Do:



  • Lead data-driven decision-making with stakeholders.

  • Perform in-depth analyses using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).

  • Build data models, forecasts, and KPIs to support business growth.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on data instrumentation.

  • Maintain and expand a self-service data platform.

  • Communicate insights and drive a data-minded culture.




Who we are looking for:



  • 7+ years with advanced SQL (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

  • 5+ years with visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI).

  • Experience in financial or payment data analytics.

  • Proficient in Python and related tools.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Agile experience preferred.




How you will be rewarded:
