- Engage with insurance representatives to address and rectify any discrepancies in payment amounts.
- Process and document financial adjustments, including write-offs, transfers, and chargebacks across various billing platforms.
- Provide clients with additional information to enhance collection efforts.
- Analyze insurance reimbursement receipts for accuracy and completeness.

- Proven experience in medical billing is essential.
