The Director of Marketing and Creative Services is a key leadership role responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies and creative initiatives that enhance the brand presence, drive business growth, and elevate the company's staging and interior design services. Key Responsibilities:

1.Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and retain existing customers.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

2.Brand Development:

  • Oversee the development and execution of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual assets that reflect the brand's aesthetic and values.
  • Develop and manage content strategies, including social media, email marketing, and website content, to engage target audiences.

3.Creative Direction:

  • Lead the creative team in conceptualizing and executing high-quality staging and interior design projects that align with client needs and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to the creative team, ensuring all work meets brand and quality expectations.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, portfolios, and promotional videos.

4.Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, designers, and content creators.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

5.Digital Marketing & Analytics:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior leadership.

6.Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Work with the sales team to develop and implement client engagement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients.

7.Innovation & Trendspotting:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing, design, and technology to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Introduce new marketing and creative techniques that can elevate the company’s offerings and client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and creative services, preferably within the interior design, staging, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing creative teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and design software.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, market research, and customer segmentation.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
