  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This is a fully remote opportunity - Eastern Standard Time hours

Our life sciences client is embarking on a multiyear ERP program to consolidate 3 instances of SAP into a single enterprise version to be hosted in the cloud.

We are looking for a senior release train engineer with prior project management experience.

This program will be run utilizing SAfe Agile methodology.

Qualifications:

7- 10 years' experience managing complex, multi-team projects in a global environment.

7+yrs Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies working as scrum master or agile coach

5+yrs Experience in managing or leading multiple Agile teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) context.

Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional teams in Program Increment (PI) planning, execution, and delivery.

Experience coordinating with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and Business Owners to ensure alignment and roadblock removal.

Strong facilitation skills for events like PI Planning and ART syncs.

Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts while fostering collaboration across teams.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Deep knowledge of Agile Release Train (ART) processes.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in a global organization

Preferred experience working within life sciences or pharma industry.
