Title : VP Data Analytics Practice with Healthcare Domain

Location : 100% Remote

Your responsibilities

  • Prior leadership role with experience in developing and running a Data Analytics practice for scaled delivery team.
  • 10+ years of data consulting experience; leading teams and/or workstreams.
  • Expertise in the following areas Data Strategy & Governance, Data Science & Engineering, Data Visualization, Data Management, Data Architecture and Software Development.
  • Experience in leading and delivering strategic engagements, act as advisor to customer senior leadership and shaping the roadmap for full delivery lifecycle using different delivery methods, agile, hybrid and waterfall skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills from explanation of technical content to non-technical stakeholders and able to articulate the cost and benefits of the data strategy.
  • Experience in solving complex problems across the data landscape, from data warehousing to insights generation.

Qualification

  • Degree in relevant fields such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics etc. Masters degree plus 10+ years experience preferred.
  • Expertise in the following areas Data Strategy & Governance, Data Science & Engineering, Data Visualization, Data Management, Data Architecture and Software Development.
  • Must have experience in delivering data strategy work to Healthcare clients.
  • Big Data technologies, Data warehouse methodologies and Data Modeling experience necessary.
  • Prior experience in Management Consulting.
  • Assisting clients in defining analytics needs and developing solutions to solve those challenges
  • Acting as a key partner for the client and internal teams by implementing conceptual data frameworks and developing effective technology delivery strategies
  • Expanding client work, including building recommended approaches and scope.
  • Evaluating new opportunities in the form of new sources, new technology, client priorities, partnership, etc
  • Managing efficient execution of projects, including the implementation of best practices.
  • Actively engage, drive and maintain awareness of customer technology needs, roadmaps and major initiatives, ensuring alignment between customer and the service delivery team.
  • Sound knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and technologies that deliver Data & Analytic Services and capabilities.
  • Outstanding oral and written communications skills are required;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, unstructured environment is desired; ability to be a self-starter highly desired;
  • Relevant domain accreditations in Microsoft Azure, ADF.
  • Flexible with the ability to keep up with a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Problem solving ability, developing and delivering different solution types and scopes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate and lead projects across multiple teams and functions
  • Deep understanding of DataBricks and Snowflake
