This role requires a deep understanding of personalization, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other web experiments to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
Analyze test results using statistical methods to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement testing strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of web experiments.
This roll will also assist with the user acceptance testing/QA for web pages being re-built in a new content management system as part of our website migration project
