Descripiton-

Support the team and our stakeholders in design and delivery of comprehensive change strategies.

With the organizational readiness team, build and deliver stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, change readiness assessments; change communications, enablement events, and training plans in support of the orgs initiatives. Other deliverables will also be necessary.

Build leadership coalitions and an extended change team to effectively manage operational readiness activities within and across your scope's impacted organizations.

The person will need to make critical information and service decisions, while ensuring accountability for Change/Enablement deliverables. This means being comfortable making decisions without perfect information and applying learnings to improve in the next opportunity.

Operational Readiness Consultants support the Sr Director in status reporting, following processes and using tools to appropriately document work, communicating risks and issues, and developing solutions to mitigate or prevent or mitigate negative impacts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience implementing Cash Price Quote (CPQ) technology/platform is required. Oracle CPQ experience preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational readiness, organizational change management or related field with a Bachelor's degree OR 8 years of work experience in one or more of these fields.

Strong Sales acumen and experience working with Sales organizations to perform change management interventions required.

Proven success as a change practitioner in terms of reaching desired outcomes.

Prior experience working directly with high-level stakeholders and executive audiences

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

This position requires someone with skills, expertise, and experience in:

Participating successfully as part of a broader change capability or team

The strategic side of designing, delivering, and analyzing change strategy effectiveness

The delivery side of change management content development and change practice

The enablement side of change initiatives targeting many kinds of audiences for engagement

Mastery of and proven application of multiple change methodologies (beyond Prosci preferred).

Extraordinarily effective communication skills with the ability to quickly create content

Experience across a wide variety of enterprise changes inclusive of but not limited to technology/system implementations, process changes, behavioral changes, cultural changes, incentive programs and/or innovation capabilities

Ability to develop and deliver against operational readiness strategies based on a situational awareness of changes and the groups who are impacted
