Job Title: (BA+DA) - Data Warehousing/Data Mart

Position Overview:

As a (Business Analyst + Data Analyst), you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution within our Data Warehousing/Data Mart team. You will gather and analyze business requirements, design data solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of data warehousing and data mart projects. With 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will leverage your expertise to drive strategic data initiatives and optimize business processes. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, managing projects, and delivering high-quality data solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives.
• Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Design, develop, and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations.

1. Data Warehousing & Data Mart Development:

• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to design and implement scalable data warehousing and data mart solutions.
• Ensure seamless data integration and maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various platforms.

1. Technical Documentation:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data models, business processes, and system specifications.
• Create user guides and training materials to facilitate smooth user adoption and system utilization.

1. Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

1. Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Conduct rigorous data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data solutions.
• Identify and resolve data issues and discrepancies through thorough testing and troubleshooting.

1. Project Management:

• Contribute to project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure successful and timely delivery of data solutions.
• Assist with change management processes and maintain up-to-date project documentation.

Must Have:

• Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis and data analysis, with a strong focus on data warehousing or data mart environments.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, tracking, and reporting, with experience in change management.

Good to Have:

Technical Skills:

• Experience with programming languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
• Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
• Analytical Skills: Experience in advanced statistical analysis or predictive modeling.
