Customer communication, by phone and in person
Preparation of loan documents in accordance with Compliance Regulations, Loan Policy, and Loan Procedures
Correspondence with customers to gather required information
Order and review collateral documents from vendors
Facilitate loan closings
Management of loan technical exceptions
Review and maintain current loan portfolio
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements
2+ years of loan documentation experience
Strong customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices
Experience and knowledge of Loan Compliance Documentation, i.e., HMDA, RESPA, CRA, Flood, FACT, CIP, TIL
Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor at all times
Ability to work well under stress and deadlines
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Dependable self-starter
Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
