Business System Analyst

Title: Business Analyst Location: Washington DC 20433 Duration: 11 Months Long Term

Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days onsite per week from Day 1.

Selected candidate will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring that the new EDGE application meets the needs of stakeholders and aligns with industry best practices.

Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements. Analyze current business processes and workflows related to the EDGE application. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the existing system.
Documentation: Develop comprehensive requirement specifications, user stories, and use cases. Create process flow diagrams, data models, and other relevant documentation. Maintain an organized repository of all project documentation.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, architects, project managers, and end-users. Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any concerns or changes in requirements. Provide clear and concise communication to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Design and Validation: Collaborate with the development team to design solutions that meet business requirements. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure alignment with green.
