Position: Salesforce Integration Analyst
Client: Higher Education Institution Location: Remote Duration: 3-month contract (potential extensions based on performance)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Integration Analyst to join our team for a 3-month remote contract. The Analyst will focus on integration projects involving Salesforce and UCI Ascend, collaborating closely with Mulesoft developers to ensure seamless integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, building test cases, and developing acceptance criteria. Salesforce Admin certification is required for this role.
This position is fully remote, offering flexibility, and the pay rate is open to market value based on the candidate's experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on integration projects, specifically integrating Salesforce with UCI Ascend using Mulesoft.
- Gather and analyze detailed business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Mulesoft developers to ensure proper system integration and data flow.
- Develop and document test cases, ensuring thorough coverage for integration testing.
- Define acceptance criteria and validate that they are met before moving to production.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations and data exchanges.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving integration processes.
- Salesforce Admin Certification (required).
- Proven experience in Salesforce integration projects, preferably within the higher education sector.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Experience building and executing test cases and defining acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Mulesoft for integration is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced project environment.
