Senior Project Manager (SAFe, Supply Chain, Retail)

Job Overview:

• The PM must have experience with cross-functional agile scrum teams in a scaled program. They should actively drive teams to milestones, resolve issues through stakeholder collaboration, and ensure clear communication to align dependencies. The PM will keep technical teams on track and escalate issues as needed.
• Candidates should have experience in a strategic, high-level program management role, preferably within retail and supply chain.
• They must effectively manage a portfolio of projects and foster collaboration across teams without having direct reports.
• The role requires the ability to partner with business-side program managers to drive complex, cross-enterprise initiatives. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale, enterprise-level programs.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience delivering large or complex projects.
• Managing full project life cycles including scheduling, budgeting, risk/issue management, and status reporting to all organizational levels.
• Expertise in systems development and project management processes for IT implementations.
• Proven ability to deliver on time and within budget, with experience working in agile environments and knowledge of the SAFe framework.

Desired Skills:

• Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership with a Lean-Agile mindset, possessing strong oral and written communication skills. PMP certification and business analysis skills are a plus.
