Key Responsibilities:



  • ERP System Support: Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for the organization's ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

  • User Assistance: Assist end-users with system issues, inquiries, and training to ensure effective use of the ERP system.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues, including configuration problems, system errors, and data inconsistencies.

Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in ERP support, preferably in [mention specific ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.].

    • Experience with ERP implementation, troubleshooting, and administration.



  • Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Technical Knowledge:
