RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an ITSM Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
* ITSM Tool Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, BMC Remedy)
* Process Implementation: Develop, implement, and optimize ITSM processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management
* User Support and Training: Provide support and training to users on ITSM tools and processes, ensuring they understand how to utilize the systems effectively
* Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on IT service performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ITSM processes are aligned with business objectives and user needs
* Incident and Change Management: Monitor incident queues, prioritize tickets, and manage the change management process to minimize disruption to services
* Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for ITSM processes, workflows, and user guides
* Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to IT service management

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management or a related role
* Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices; ITIL certification preferred
* Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, BMC Remedy)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
