Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement a sales plan to target clients in need of IT staffing and augmentation services.
Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities related to staff augmentation.
Effectively present and sell the company s IT staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement services.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their IT staffing needs.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and ongoing communications to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future staffing needs.
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT talent gaps and provide appropriate staffing solutions.
Market Research & Business Development:

Proactively generate leads and prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to offer relevant solutions.
Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality candidates to meet client needs.
Candidate Knowledge & Matching:

Understand the technical requirements of each role and ensure candidates skills and qualifications align with client needs.
Work closely with IT recruiters to ensure successful placements and effective candidate matches.
Provide feedback and insights to recruiting teams to improve candidate selection.
Reporting & Analytics:

Track and manage sales activities and opportunities
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure target achievement.
