At Home Caregiver Responsibilities:
  • Provide ambulationsupport, bathroom assistance, hygienecare and redirections with encouragement and patience
  • Provide care for patients with advanced dementia
  • Providenon-medical assistanceto seniors in theirhomes
  • Provide mobility assistance, such as walking and transfers
  • Monitor medication schedules and providereminders
  • Monitor fluid intake and output
  • Personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
  • Monitor patients overnight, assisting with mobility challenges and transfers

Job Requirements:
  • Must be within a commutable distance of the listedarea
  • Must be encouraging and patient in providing advanced dementia care
  • Must be 21years or older to apply
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
  • CurrentCNA, NA, PCA, or HHA certification - a plus!
  • Must be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to pass drug screening and criminal background check
