Brand In-House Creative Director

The In-House Creative Director for our luxury lifestyle brand is responsible for leading and shaping the brand's visual identity. This visionary leader will oversee a team of creatives, develop creative strategies, and execute innovative concepts across various mediums. With a strong focus on brand consistency and market trends, this role is instrumental in driving engagement and maintaining our brand's reputation for luxury and sophistication.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creative Strategy

  • Develop and implement the creative direction and vision for the luxury lifestyle brand.
  • Ensure alignment with brand values, target audience, and business objectives.
  • Generate innovative concepts for campaigns, marketing materials, and product packaging.

Team Leadership

  • Inspire and lead a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and creatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages excellence and growth.
  • Guide and mentor team members in creative execution and development.

Brand Identity

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistent application in print, digital, social media, and experiential campaigns.
  • Maintain the highest standards of aesthetic appeal and brand authenticity.

Project Management

  • Oversee the entire creative process from concept to execution.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with business goals.

Trend Awareness

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive innovation by applying knowledge to enhance the brand's competitive edge.
  • Utilize strong Adobe Creative Suite skills to create visually stunning designs.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a creative leadership role within luxury lifestyle or fashion industry.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, creative strategy, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities and successful team management experience.
  • Strategic thinking and deep understanding of luxury branding and consumer behavior.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong command of visual design, creative strategy, and brand storytelling.
  • Knowledge of luxury branding, market trends, and consumer behavior.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Miami Four Seasons Corporate Office (3 days per week) located at 1441 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1007, Miami, Florida.
