- Conduct impact analysis and assess readiness for change initiatives
- Develop and deliver communication and training plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify resistance and risks, and devise mitigation strategies
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to teams and individuals throughout the change process
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as PROSCI or CCMP) is preferred
