We are seeking an experienced UX researcher to join our team and help us create user-centric products and experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translating these insights into actionable recommendations for improving our products.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and conduct user research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics analysis
  • Develop research instruments, such as interview guides, survey questions, and usability test scenarios
  • Recruit and manage research participants
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations for improving the product's user experience
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that user research insights are incorporated into product design and development
  • Create and present comprehensive reports for different stakeholders, including executive reports, to communicate research insights and user-centric product decisions.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of products and features to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research and design trends and methodologies, and apply them to our products and processes.
  • Manage and analyze the voice of customer feedback from app stores, Trustpilot, Customer Care CSAT, and implement future web and in-app surveys for enhanced user experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience conducting UX research studies, preferably in a digital product environment
  • Strong understanding of UX research methods and best practices, including user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Experience with research tools and software, such as survey platforms, usability testing software, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for user research and a commitment to creating user-centric products and experiences.

The range in Colorado for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. Actual starting compensation may vary based upon work experience, and skills.
