Who We Are Looking For:

We seek an experienced and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead and manage our sales

department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing

strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and building high-performance sales teams. This role

will be critical in shaping the company's sales strategy, expanding our customer base, and achieving

our ambitious growth targets. Just so you know, as we seek to secure our first investment funding, the start

date for this position will depend on the success of our current funding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy

to achieve revenue goals, increase market share, and drive business growth for Attributy Inc.

Lead Sales Team: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing

coaching, training, and support to ensure success.

Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with key

clients, and oversee sales from prospecting to closing deals.

Support Funding Efforts: Collaborate with the executive team to present sales projections,

growth strategies, and revenue opportunities to potential investors as part of our funding

efforts.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, forecast sales trends, and provide

regular reports to the CEO and Board of Directors on sales performance, market opportunities,

and challenges.

Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment and

maximize sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key

customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels.

Qualifications:

8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience working with SaaS companies, preferably during growth phases.

Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, driving sales initiatives from

concept to execution.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in multi-touch attribution or a related field is highly preferred.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
