E-Commerce & Contracts Specialist
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Contracts Specialist to manage our online sales platforms and oversee contract processes. This role combines e-commerce expertise with contract management skills to drive our digital sales growth and streamline our bidding processes.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management
Oversee daily operations of our Amazon platform, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement e-commerce strategies for Amazon.
Evaluate and establish a Shopify store, then manage its daily operations, maintaining product listings, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure product availability and timely shipping.
Analyze sales data and generate performance reports for both Amazon and Shopify platforms.
Manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive online presence.
Contracts & Bid Management
Utilize the Dodge Construction Network and other technology to identify, track, and pursue relevant RFPs and RFQs in the traffic safety and construction industry.
Communicate opportunities to the sales team after lead has been qualified.
Identify and analyze competitor bids, projects, and firms in the construction sector.
Assist in preparing accurate documentation for bids.
Maintain detailed records of bids, contracts, and agreements in Salesforce for audits and internal use.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in contract processes.
Participate in contract negotiation and review as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management and/or contracts administration.
Proven experience managing Amazon and Shopify platforms, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with each.
Familiarity with bid management and contract processes in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of pricing strategies, cost analysis, and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) and procurement platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Dodge Construction Network.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles.
Certification in contract management (e.g., Certified Professional Contract Manager - CPCM).
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Seamless for product description generation and market analysis.
Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Amazon Seller Central.
Knowledge of construction industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and contract management.
