SUMMARY: The position of Operations Business Partner needs to be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional assisting the areas of Weirton, WV and Pittsburgh, PA. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch. An Operations Business Partner will perform work as required to maximize the quality of the Company while maintaining the specified expectations of the client and ensure safe working environment while performing work and will conduct all Company business in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the Weirton and Pittsburgh areas, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local recruitment sources and networks.
  • Assist in the onboarding of all new employees in the area.
  • Preform general administrative tasks to support the branch’s operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate the daily scheduling of crews to ensure optimal workflow and resource allocation.
  • Communicate schedule changes and updates to the relevant team members.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
  • Process and track accounts receivable and payable transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management and accounting software.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable environmental, health, safety and building codes as required by federal, state, local and refinery regulations.
  • Maintain poise and focus under time constraint and adverse conditions.
  • Attend and complete trainings as required by the Company and client.
  • Pass all required drug/alcohol testing and background requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience And Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the operations or administrative field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Must have a clean MVR.
