The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in our systems while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the information. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct data entry errors as necessary. Generate and prepare reports as required. Assist with data organization and filing systems. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Perform other administrative tasks as needed. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (minimum [X] words per minute). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and [specific software relevant to the role]. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
