Healing Arts Animal Care, a veterinary rehabilitation practice in Beaverton OR, is looking for an administrative assistant. More than a Customer Service Representative, we are seeking a cheerful voice, healthy interchange and smiling face that assures our highly-bonded clients that their pet is in the most compassionate hands. Since the pandemic closures, our customer service team has been remote. Our remote team will continue to answer the phone and schedule appointments but we recently moved to a much larger building, leaving a blank at the front desk for greeting clients entering the building. We want to fill that space with an approachable, gracious team member with a great sense of humor.
We laugh a lot at our clinic! The position is multifaceted. The ideal candidate will synchronize our “dance” with patients coming and going, turning over the rooms, connecting the patient to their technician, filling medications, and checking out the clients at the end of the appointment. Between our hourly appointments there are several administrative tasks that need some elasticity, creativity and computer moxie. Do you like when everything flows? Do you like to take care of details to create harmony? You are our person! Job Details: Two years clerical experience required.
Computer moxie required.
No Veterinary Experience Required.
Hourly pay consistent with experience.
