Job Title: Supply Chain Program Manager

Duration: 6+ Months W2

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Required Pay Scale: $75 - 80/hr W2

Program Manager Profile:

Program Managers that know how to drive outcomes and yield positive results for stakeholders. She looks for strong communicators, that know how to manager stakeholders, and understand how to build milestone plans to present to the business.

• 5 - 8 years of Project Management experience delivering large and/or complex projects
• Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset
• Highly developed oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others
• High level of analytical ability
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Project Details:

• This role is supporting the Supply Chain line of business
• In addition to the standard Project Manager requirements:
• Candidates should have experience in a strategic, high-level program management role, preferably with experience in retail and supply chain
• Should be able to effectively manage a portfolio of projects and drive collaboration across teams
• They won't have direct reports
• Ability to collaborate and partner with a business-side program manager to drive a complex, cross-enterprise program
• Strong communication and leadership skills to hold teams accountable and drive resolution
• Willingness to be a "doer" and not just a manager, as this is a hands-on role
• Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale, enterprise level programs

Must Haves / Required Skills:

• The Project Manager needs to be highly engaged in the work to drive teams to milestones and effectively resolve complex issues.
• This role will have high visibility with executive leadership and will require strong communication and collaboration skills within the program and with other dependent programs.
• Retail or Supply Chain experience a plus
