We are seeking a diligent and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that support the day-to-day operations of our business. You will be the first point of contact for both clients and employees, making your ability to communicate effectively and professionally essential. Position: Front Office Assistant Company: Web Craft Stylers Location: San Antonio, TX Salary: $3890 to $4650 per week Schedule: Weekends Off Key Responsibilities Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages) Schedule and organize appointments and meetings Maintain office filing systems and document management Assist in drafting and proofreading documents Prepare reports and presentations as needed Order office supplies and maintain inventory Support team members with administrative tasks as required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Benefits Competitive weekly salary commensurate with experience.
