Questify Fitness is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Event Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute company events. The Event Specialist will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event execution, focusing on logistics, vendor management, and attendee experience.
Pay Range
$1150 - $1350 weekly Full time Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute events such as product launches, trade shows, conferences, and internal company gatherings. Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment setup. Develop event timelines, checklists, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage event needs, and secure services such as catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation. Coordinate event staff and volunteers to ensure efficient event execution and a positive attendee experience. Collaborate with internal teams to design and distribute promotional materials and invitations for events. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in event planning and coordination. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong negotiation skills and experience working with vendors and contractors. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, vendors, and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
