Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a fashion house to hire an Site Experience Assistant.

This is a 6 month, hybrid assignment in Hudson Yards beginning ASAP. The pay is $30/hr.

You will be a key member of the team and will manage site merchandising and operations for the digital business to achieve financial and performance targets across all its e-commerce channels. This role will report to the Manager of Site Experience.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

  • Recap business results and follow up on actions to drive growth
  • Analyze weekly shop performance (including traffic & conversion) and provide recommendations based on results
  • Analyze customer data for new product launches & monitor overarching shifts at a monthly level
  • Analyze site dashboards to monitor bounce rates, engagement, and effective customer flow
  • Prepare and manage monthly product uploads
  • Own the end-to-end management of shop and product experiences on coach.com (including upload and delete files, sequencing of shops and SKUs, navigation document, and replication requests/freezes)
  • Track changes in product assortment and ensure these are captured during site preparations or thereafter
  • Own the photography asset request process & copy requests (including monitoring delivery dates, photography scaling precision, incremental shots, and copy accuracy)
  • Manage in season eCommerce shop merchandising
  • Update sequencing and refresh shops consistently based on inventory, newness, and sales trends
  • Optimize shop productivity through testing and sorting rules
  • Manage filter experience
  • Adjust attribution with each upload
  • Validate across the site for optimal customer experience
  • Innovate & recommend new filter optimizations
  • Monitor search experience on a week-by-week basis
  • Check searches weekly & recommend experience
  • Validate top 20 on site searches for accurate results
  • Communicate to & partner with Tapestry digital teams to prioritize and translate business needs
  • Identify gaps in site accuracy as it relates to pricing, inventory, and promotions
  • Communicate additional or new tagging implementation to measure on site data
  • Create tickets for site enhancement and net new functionality to support the growth of the business
  • Work with Coach merchandising and operations team to help streamline any gaps across the two websites
  • Work with Web Production to map all PLP and PDP content
  • PLP content spots
  • PDP content tiles
  • PDP functionality videos
  • QA sites regularly, identifying opportunities and bugs to improve customer experience
  • Assist with validating the staging site for upcoming product drops, homepage refreshes and other significant changes, taking responsibility for merchandising and ops callouts and assigning the necessary cross-functional partner to additional business critical callouts

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • BA or BS degree
  • Good product sensibility and ability to merchandise sites in a visually appealing way; or prior merchandising experience
  • Demonstrate strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with ability to interact with team members and partners across functions and levels
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a thirst for learning and success; desire to learn new technologies
  • Must have strong Excel skills; Demandware (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) experience a plus; Google analytics experience a plus
