  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an HR & Onboarding Coordinator with one of our direct clients in the Pharmaceutical & Biotech field.

Ø Position type: Contact Opportunity

Ø Duration: 7+ Months

Ø Location: Hybrid in Clayton, NC

Ø Pay Rate: Between 30.00/hr - $33.49/hr

As an HR & Onboarding Coordinator, you will:

• Review and confirm accuracy of offer details in advance of offer preparation

• Develop internal and external candidate offer letters in accordance with company’s policy

• Update the candidate status after offer delivery

• Initiation of Backgrounds and onboarding paperwork

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must possess knowledge in a full range of Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Reside within commuting distance of Clayton and will be required to work 3x a week onsite, 2x a week remote

• Previous work experience with a large Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Device corporation is a huge plus

• Must have an HR, Recruiting Coordination or Onboarding background
