  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Why open- Project. Must have good communication skills and be okay with repetitive work. Making outbound calls to customers using a script (basically asking their customers to return reusable packing material. Calling into medical facilities, send/receive emails, enter notes into Excel, arrange shipments with FedEx, wear a headset.

Must haves:

-Customer service experience in an office setting

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Comfortable making outbound calls to customers

-MS Office (including basic Excel)

Preferred:

-Experience making outbound calls

Job Description:

The Customer Service Specialist is making outbound calls to customers to help get merchandise returned (reusable corrugate packaging). We can provide an easy script if the candidate wants it. You will then enter notes into Excel (such as left message on 10/1/24).

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to customers.
  • Maintain accurate client notes and records in Excel and do basic internet research (like googling a company's phone number)
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
