  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Vertus is a leading management consulting firm with a strong track record of delivering procurement value creation, strategic sourcing and spend management advisory services. Vertus is HQ in Detroit, MI and has a diverse array of clients in multiple sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Account Director Private Equity role at Vertus located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Account Director will be responsbile for:

  • Pursuing Private Equity firms in the Midwest
  • Managing and Growing relationships with private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
  • Lead client engagements focused on procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, and cost reduction initiatvies.
  • Identify and quanitfy opportunities for operational improvements that enchance portfolio company profitability.
  • Monitor indsutry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to provide insights and innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and indirect spend categories

Salary Range

The Salary range for this position is 175k-225k dependent on experience.
