The Sales Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the regional sales operations, including sales estimates, project coordination, and supervising project managers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Regional Sales Operations: Lead and support the regional sales team to drive sales performance and achieve revenue goals.

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to develop sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance and project status.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, addressing any escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements to streamline sales operations and improve project efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to align sales operations with company objectives and ensure project deliverables are met.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales operations or project management in the building materials industry. Prior experience overseeing sales teams and project managers is preferred.
