This individual is responsible for the creation and implementation of supplier programming based on market insights combined with National Marketing Platforms. This individual will participate in program creation, presentation to accounts and driving activations within the community. This individual will serve to deliver critical business outcomes and provide a single point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders for trade marketing activity. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred. Responsibilities

  • Work with Director of Trade Marketing, manage marketing programs, identifying brand optimization.
  • Creating and implementing new programming within multi-cultural accounts
  • Requires 4-6 times a month in market, seeing customers and driving activations
  • Work withs, in conjunction with salesforce to have a better understanding/relationship with customers in community
  • Content for experiential programming
  • Send out monthly to salesforce
  • Attend/participate in Trade Marketing/Supplier run festivals, events and activations
  • Collect social media content, menu placement, featured cocktails
  • Manage all aspects of program: performance measurement, general KPI’s and recap monthly.


Qualifications

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in Beverage Alcohol
  • Trade Marketing experience is required
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
  • Experience with ROI Analysis
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Implementation and accountability of process
  • Must be creative, strategic thinking, and have excellent interpersonal skills
