RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and high-energy Supply Chain Operations Manager to help create sustainable advantage through supply chain management for Cloud solutions. This role will be part of the supply chain operations team.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Serving as a key link between the Capacity Planning Team and the Build Order & Fulfillment Team, focusing on stabilizing supply-demand shaping
* Using data and analytics to match supply with capacity planning and customer demand requirements
* Establishing and defining key metrics and performance indicators to drive process improvements
* Leading demand-supply shaping efforts to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to global data centers
* Managing inventory to minimize both overstock and out-of-stock situations
* Analyzing supply and demand forecasts for products
* Monitoring inventory supply and designing tools for effective inventory management
* Developing and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, both internally and externally
* Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve delivery performance targets and continuously improving supply chain processes
* Balancing tradeoffs between supplier and business needs while managing day-to-day operations and process initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Ops/Industrial/Manufacturing engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in related fields
* Minimum 4-7 years of supplier management experience in an Electronics, or high-volume supply chain and or applicable Manufacturing/Hardware production environment
* Minimum of 4+ years Program Management and data analytics
* Experience in IT, high-tech electronics, manufacturing, or service supply chain
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and escalations, with strong comfort in working with global teams and stakeholders

Preferred Experience:
* MS/MBA preferred
* 4+ years of supplier management experience in an Electronics, or high-volume supply chain and or applicable Manufacturing/Hardware production environment
* Strong understanding in the use of MRP, Excel, Power Point, SQL, Access, and Power BI

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
