RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Technical Engineer in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary:
As an IT Technical Engineer, you will provide Tier III onsite technical support. Your role will involve supporting a diverse range of users, including C-suite executives, corporate staff, and manufacturing teams. Your daily tasks will vary and may include managing servers, storage systems, networks, voice and data communications, as well as setting up and repairing PCs.

Key Responsibilities:
* IT Technical Engineer installs, configures and maintains organization's network; Designs and supports server system(s) and supporting software
* Installs, configures and maintains organization's operating systems; Analyzes and resolves problems associated with server and network infrastructure
* Prepares Documentation, manages Leased equipment deployment and returns as schedules dictate, striving to maximize use of equipment dollars expended
* Purchases, installs, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots operation of the local area network
* As an IT Technical Engineer, you will maintain accurate and current documentation of network specifications and settings
* Participates in disaster recovery planning and performs recovery testing
* Actively participates in organization's IT Change Control process
* Procures needed Computer Supplies and Accessories

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of IT technical support experience

Desired Qualifications:
* Azure Fundamentals Certification
* Cisco CCNA Certification
* VMware Certification

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
