Enterprise Architect
Location: Bethesda, MD (Need locals, hybrid role)

Previous HRSA experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Establish the data governance model/strategy that are in compliance with Zero Trust Data pillar and implementation planning to enforce clear guidance for how data can be used and managed throughout enterprise level, enhance data quality, increase cross-team collaboration, and operate with greater responsiveness.
  • Establish a high-level strategic plan to provide strategic communications, and performance measurement support for the Client's data governance model.
  • Develop policy, standards, and guideline documents and provide support enterprise architecture reviews and implementation efforts.
  • Work in collaboration with the project sponsors and vendors to develop a high-level design, operationalize, and deploy the Client's data governance model and support alignment to the client's data strategy as defined by the Client's Data Council.
  • Manage and improve data governance efforts across the Client's Enterprise Level for Zero Trust Data Management that strengthens the alignment between Security and Business Requirements.
  • Provide Enterprise Architectural guidance, support, and oversight for the deliverables, including the improvements to data governance model structure and strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors, Data Council, and vendors to engage, review, and receive feedback on deliverables, to incorporate changes when needed and prevent project delays.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to measure implementation progress.
  • Update Communications Strategic Plan to support stakeholder awareness, readiness, and adoption of data governance based on any changes approved by client's OIT.
  • Develop and define service delivery and operating models of the data catalog platform at enterprise level that includes support in software procurement process, and data catalog on-boarding process for various systems within Client's in collaboration with DDAS leadership, and Clioent Chief Data Officer.
  • Provide architecture & design support for pilot implementation by DDAS team to integrate enterprise data catalog into Snowflake cloud data lakehouse.
