Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Administrator with a strong background in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our MS Dynamics CRM environment while ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain MS Dynamics CRM, ensuring system performance, reliability, and security.
  • Configure and customize CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for CRM applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CRM issues, providing timely resolutions and user support.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes, configurations, and integrations.
  • Implement best practices for DevOps, includingCI/CD, version control, automated testing, and deployment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance CRM adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest MS Dynamics CRM features and DevOps tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an MS Dynamics CRM Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM functionalities and customization.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git) and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
