  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Administrator with a strong background in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our MS Dynamics CRM environment while ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes. If you are passionate about CRM solutions and have the skills to streamline development operations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain MS Dynamics CRM, ensuring system performance, reliability, and security.
  • Configure and customize CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for CRM applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CRM issues, providing timely resolutions and user support.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes, configurations, and integrations.
  • Implement best practices for DevOps, includingCI/CD, version control, automated testing, and deployment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance CRM adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest MS Dynamics CRM features and DevOps tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an MS Dynamics CRM Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM functionalities and customization.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git) and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
