Senior Success Factors Integration Developer

Maintain and build integrations to and from Success Factors, using API, Integration Center, and BTP/CPI. Establish best practices and build and modify integration to follow mature design principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and Develop Integrations:

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement RESTful services and APIs.
• Create end-to-end integration solutions using SAP CPI and other relevant tools.
• Build complex integration processes, integrating cloud-based and on premise enterprise applications.
• Integrate SAP Success Factors Suite with various systems.

• Technical Expertise:

• Proficiently work with Groovy, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and other API technologies.
• Configure sender and receiver adapters (IDoc, SAP Success Factors, FTP, SFTP, Mail, OData, REST, SOAP Web service, and HTTP).
• Implement prepackaged integrations between SAP Success Factors and other applications.
• Disciplined approach to integration error handling.

• Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with technical teams, third-party system teams, and functional consultants.
• Perform end-to-end integration testing, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production environments.

• Project Management:

• Manage project issues, risks, and change requests.
• Lead and motivate multiple project work streams.

• Required Skills / Experience:

• Experience:7+ years of experience with Integration Broker, SAP CPI, SAP Success Factors Integration Center, and related technologies. SAP HCM experience is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of SAP Success Factors technical best practices
  • Strong API development skills.
  • Knowledge of BTP (Business Technology Platform) and Integration Center.
  • Familiarity with success Factors modules including EC, ECP, LMS, ONB, PMGM, RCM
  • Agile methodology and problem-solving abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, you should have:

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, MBA, or related fields.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in SAP CPI, SAP success Factors Integration Center, and related technologies. SAP HCM experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of SAP success Factors technical best practices

• Strong API development skills.
• Knowledge of BTP (Business Technology Platform) and Integration Center.
• Familiarity with success Factors modules including EC, ECP, LMS, ONB, PMGM, RCM
• Agile methodology and problem-solving abilities.
