You'll actively manage valuation assignments, mentor staff, and ensure project delivery.
Duties
- Lead and execute valuation engagements from proposal to completion
- Drive business development in alignment with the Valuation leader.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and support office growth.
- Contribute to the national platform with business development insights.
- Ensure thorough client project delivery through financial analysis, modeling, and benchmarking.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to the Valuation and Business Analytics (VBA) Staff.
- 10+ years of business valuation experience in a senior role with Big 4 Top 10 Consultancy Firm
- Extensive expertise in business valuation, intangible assets, and financial reporting.
- Proven business development experience, nurturing relationships and identifying opportunities. Strong project management skills; adept at meeting deadlines and overseeing teams.
- Proficient in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and benchmark analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and valuation databases.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and research skills.
- CPA, CFA, AM, ASA or equivalent valuation credentials are preferred
