Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in aerospace manufacturing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for aerospace components, ensuring compliance with industry quality and safety standards.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure products are manufacturable and designs are optimized for production.

• Conduct production capacity analysis and develop strategies to improve line efficiency.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of manufacturing and assembly equipment.

• Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations (such as AS9100, ISO 9001, etc.) and other regulatory requirements.

• Perform process and quality audits to ensure manufacturing standards are maintained.

• Participate in resolving production issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including work instructions, process plans, and quality reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within the aerospace sector.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, metal forming, and surface treatments.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process analysis tools.

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

• Knowledge of aerospace industry quality standards and regulations (AS9100, ISO 9001, etc.).

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work different shifts if necessary.
