In this crucial role, you will play a key role in our project success by preparing accurate and competitive estimates for concrete construction projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather project information, analyze plans and specifications, and utilize industry-standard estimating software to create detailed bids.

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for concrete projects, considering all relevant factors such as material costs, labor costs, and subcontractor quotes.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather essential project information.
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements.
• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to extract necessary information for estimation.
• Utilize industry-standard estimating software to create precise and competitive bids.
• Evaluate material and labor costs, subcontractor quotes, and other relevant expenses to determine overall project costs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to ensure competitiveness.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for concrete projects
• Proficiency in using industry-standard estimating software
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of construction industry practices, materials, and techniques
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Full Time: $75,000-110,000/year
